Stock Split of WALMART

Dear Valued Client,

Please be informed that Walmart Inc. (WMT) 3-for-1 stock split is set to take effect as per the following schedule:

· Ex-Date: 23 February 2024 (End of Day)

Common shares of WMT will trade at the new split-adjusted price from 26 February 2024 onwards.

All pending orders including buy limit, sell limit, buy stop, sell stop, buy stop limit, and sell stop limit will be deleted.

After the split, the quantity of your WMT shares will be multiplied by 3, while the price per share will be divided by 3.

Please review the following case example to better understand how this stock split could impact you:

· If you own 1 WMT share trading at $174 per share before the ex-date. After the split, you will possess 3 shares, each valued at $58.
